Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I came to Dr. DeFabio with severe psoriasis that covered almost 90% of my body. Based on the late Dr. John Pagano's method of healing psoriasis naturally, and Dr. DeFabio's additional tests, I followed his nutrition plan and got regular chiropractic adjustments. It took me a long time to get the results I wanted with a few ups and downs, but I was determined to stick to the regimen. Dr. DeFabio and each of the staff were extremely supportive and encouraging, which made all the difference in my healing process. I have greatly improved, and I still see Dr. DeFabio regularly for adjustments and nutrition consultations. I also started acupuncture with Amanda, which has been a great addition not only for my psoriasis but for whatever I feel needs fixing at the moment."

  • "Hi Dr. D,

Thank you so much for including me and my boys in the running clinic. I learned some interesting things about running and ways to improve my form. Each week we trained, and each time I finished last. I was proud to finish at all! My favorite part of each week was walking up the runner/walker that was in front of me on the course. I gave the person a high five and thanked them for motivating me. The group was supportive and helpful. I am forever grateful for the role you played in helping me reach my goal of completing the Mother's Day 5k. Please thank Amanda as well. She was helpful on the weeks you weren't there"

  • "After winning the Longevity Award at Sweet Adults International I realized, if it wasn't for Dr. DeFabio, I would not still be able to compete today. He keeps me mobile and and able to continue doing what I love day in and day out. Thanks Dr. D"

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
